ENFJ and Perpetual Stress
ENFJ’s are prone to stress because they are typically highly compassionate individuals. They want harmony and seek meaningful relationships. Since others do not exclusively share this desire it creates a perfect recipe for discord and strife – which definitely leads to stress. ENFJ’s are usually proactive “doers” and do not take enough time for themselves. Here are some helpful suggestions for ENFJ’s: Try not to take the situations personally; most of the time stressful situations are caused by external factors. If you feel like you’re not able to lower the stress in your life or for those around you, remember it’s not your fault. Engage in healthy activities to restore peace and satisfaction in your life.
