INFP and Perpetual Stress
INFP’s are often stressed because like ENFJ’s, they want harmony but often find themselves amongst others who do not share the same values. If stressors are external and cannot be changed very easily, then the INFP will most likely retreat into their personal world only allowing those who are closest around them (i.e. immediate family members like a spouse, sibling, or parent) to be a part of their lives. Here are some suggestions that are helpful for INFP’s: Don’t shut everyone out for too long. If you’re having a hard time dealing with certain life situations and want to be left alone, try reaching out to people who you trust even if you’re feeling too stressed to talk. This will help balance those feelings of stress. Work on your own desires and activities, focus on what makes you happy.
