Ideal:
- Takes time for themselves and doesn’t neglect their own needs
- Self-confident and recognizes their own worth
- Understands they cannot be perfect but works towards self-improvement without attaching self-guilt when they mess up
- Able to go along with change when things do not go according to plan
- Sensitive and attentive
- Great interpersonal skills and gets along with a wide variety of people
- Comfortable with their own emotions and does not feel overwhelmed by them
- Creates innovative projects and events
- Able to problem-solve without avoiding conflict
- Comfortable with expressing their views even when others do not agree
- Stands up for themselves and doesn’t allow other people to put them down for being sensitive and caring people
- Extremely insightful and intuitive; very perceptive to others needs
Medium:
- Compassionate and cares about others
- Sometimes neglects their own needs because they want to help others and not let them down
- May struggle with confidence and self-worth
- Difficulty accepting change in plans and needing to make adjustments
- Can sometimes over-analyze things and take things personally
- May have difficulty expressing their opinions and views
- Expressing emotions may fluctuate if they do not take enough time to sort out their own feelings
- Wants to maintain a positive image and has difficulty with other people not liking them
- Perceptive to others needs
- May step on toes trying to help others because they’re extremely caring and value helping others grow
- May be anxious over getting things right and doing the right thing
- Can develop resentment
Unhealthy: (Has extreme depression and anxiety)
- Bitter and angry with the world and disappointments
- Neglects their own needs and builds resentment towards others when they feel that others do not care
- Struggle with self-confidence and self-worth and put themselves down
- Overly sensitive to others needs because they want people to like them
- Can become very anxious and depressed over the lack of empathy and amount of suffering in this world
- Doesn’t want to socialize with their friends and family because they are frustrated and upset
- Prideful and feels morally superior to others
- Apathetic and numb
- Ignores their emotional needs and tries to act like they are fine
- Resistant to change even when it is absolutely necessary
