Levels of the INTJ
Ideal:
- Learned how to manage their arrogance to not intimidate others
- Does not feel superior to others – understands that everyone has a different place and function
- Extremely successful in whatever they’ve chosen to do in life
- Takes the time to listen to others without judgment
- Learns how to be in tune with other people – esp romantic partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Learned how to get in touch with their emotions
- Leaders and other people look up to them
- Worked on managing expectations and building patience
Medium:
- Their superiority may get the better of them in certain situations causing other people to feel alienated
- Not very tolerant of different views and beliefs
- Very selective listening
- Volunteers their time only to causes they deem worthy
- Tries to manage their emotions but they often have a tough time because they feel it is pointless
- Small circle of friends that they stick with
- Can become impatient and rigid with trying to accomplish their goals
Unhealthy:
- Unwilling to cooperate with others because they feel they are better
- Believe that they are always right
- Refuses to deal with their emotions
- Unable to connect with others emotionally
- Argumentative and confrontational
- Inability to work through their challenges prevents them from being successful with their career or job
- Finds any views other than their own incorrect
- No tolerance for people they believe are incompetent
- Can be rude and judgmental
