Levels of the INFP
Ideal:
- Builds self-confidence and able to self-advocate
- Learns how to work with schedules and is organized without feeling overly stressed
- Doesn’t neglect their own needs when taking care of others
- Able to problem solve and address conflict without becoming passive or avoidant
- Stays in the present moment with their friends and family
- Takes time for themselves and not only for others
- Pays attention to details when necessary and doesn’t zone out
- Learns how to work with their emotions to avoid being emotionally overwhelmed
- Doesn’t allow toxic people to stay in their lives – able to set and keep boundaries
- Creates innovative projects
Medium:
- May possess a certain level of confidence but usually struggles with self-esteem
- Difficulty with daily tasks and activities
- May seem aloof or out-of-it
- Neglects their own needs because they’re too busy helping others
- May become resentful and bitter because other people are not as caring
- Avoids conflict until it cannot be ignored anymore and then gives up if it’s not able to be solved
- Can easily feel overwhelmed by duties and expected tasks
- Has difficulty setting and keeping boundaries
Unhealthy: May be prone to Depression and Anxiety Disorders, May have trouble with SA issues
- Unproductive because they have a hard time being organized and timely
- Easily overwhelmed – emotionally and physically
- Extremely unorganized and all over the place
- Difficulty following through on commitments
- Lack of discipline and focus
- Avoids conflict and can become passive when upset
- Lack of confidence and low self-esteem
- Withdrawn and refuses social interaction
