ESTJ Love Matches
Traditionally the ESTJ is paired with the ISTP or ESTP. These are good matches depending on the strength of the outer two (I vs.E and J vs.P). Another possible match could be an ISTJ but some may disagree. Higher strength ST’s do very well with the same types because it creates less conflict and opposition. Anyone can make a relationship work and improve on the weaknesses of a relationship, however when higher ST’s are paired with the opposing inner dichotomies, higher NF’s, it makes it extremely difficult to relay information and resolve conflict because at the core they are very different.
Matching an ESTJ with an introverted perceiver can work well if the E/J functioning is not extremely high. Very strong to strong ESTJ’s have to learn how to manage their judging traits in order not to overpower a high perceiver. It’s possible but usually very difficult for a naturally strong ESTJ. I do not believe an ESTJ with another ESTJ is a good match. They most likely would not be attracted to each other because of their strong characteristics.
