INTJ Love Matches

INTJ’s are special beings (in a good way of course)! The stronger the personality, the lower the threshold for tolerance. INTJ’s are not fond of people who display intense emotions and they would rather their partners keep a calm, composed state at all times. Traditionally they are paired with extroverted perceiving types but I think this is very bad idea. If the INTJ is an INTJ/INTP that may work but if their J functioning is fairly high they will quickly become annoyed with a P personality, especially with a higher P presence. I’m not saying it’s impossible, I’m just saying it’s best if it can be avoided. They would work better with another INTJ but since they’re pretty rare in general to begin with, the odds of finding another INTJ that they match well with could be slim. Alas there’s good news! A good runner-up would be an ENFJ that’s not a super high feeler type. The INTJ would appreciate the ENFJ’s compassionate side and if matched well with the strengths would make a great couple.

If an INTJ has a higher sensing side then another potential match could be the ESTJ. This would only work if the INTJ is not a high Intuitor because if they are then they will quickly become annoyed with an ST personality. Again it really depends on the strengths of the INTJ. Like I said at the start of this post, the stronger the INTJ, the more challenging it will be for them to find a mate they are truly happy with – this just comes with the responsibility of being an INTJ!
