ESTP and Perpetual Stress

ESTP’s typically have a lower level of stress in general regardless of what’s going on in their life. Since they tend not to take things personally they have an easier time deflecting negative situations and not holding onto stress. However, they are not completely immune to stressful times. Just because an ESTP may not feel stressed, people around them may be under pressure and ESTP’s have to work on monitoring their responses and actions towards others. As an ESTP, if you’re feeling stressed here are some things to take into consideration: Take the situation seriously and try to focus on why the situation is so stressful; Work towards containing those irritations and reducing the stress through healthy practical methods; Seek help if needed and tackle the problem head on instead of waiting for it to magically go away.
