INFP and Perpetual Stress

NF Personalities Personal Growth

INFP’s are often stressed because like ENFJ’s, they want harmony but often find themselves amidst others who do not share the same values and have their own agenda. If stressors are external and cannot be changed very easily, then the INFP will most likely retreat into their personal world only allowing those who are closest around them (i.e. immediate family members like a spouse, sibling, or parent) to be a part of their lives. Here are some suggestions that are helpful for INFP’s: Don’t shut everyone out for too long. It is very difficult to deal with certain life situations and wanting to be left alone to deal with your own stress, try and reach out to people who you trust in order to balance those feelings of stress. Work on your own desires and activities, focus on what makes you happy.
