INTJ and Perpetual Stress
INTJ’s generally appear stoic and stable on the outside, although internally they may feel very anxious. INTJ’s often feel stressed because they are constantly trying to accomplish their goals and most likely feel like they are not achieving those results fast enough. In times of stress for INTJ’s they tend to become very reclusive and bury themselves with work. Here are some suggestions that may be helpful: Just chill out, stop what you’re doing, stop worrying about the things you have yet to accomplish and take time to breathe. Practice re-directing your thoughts, divert the stressful scrolling marquee in your head, and insert positive quotes.
