ISTP and Perpetual Stress
ISTP’s like ESTP’s dislike dealing with stressful situations and will try to ignore it if possible. When under a great amount of stress they may not even understand why because they were trying to ignore the factors. In realizing that you’re stressed, here are some suggestions you may want to consider to lower stress: Stop ignoring the stressor(s); figure out how you want to deal with the stressor(s) and work towards lowering them; organize your life to minimize stress through creating practical strategies such as keeping a calendar or jotting down a note to remember what your wife wanted for her birthday.
