ISTJ and Perpetual Stress
ISTJ’s, like ESTJ’s, really value structure and seek to run their life a certain way. If they are married and have children they will often have anxiety because they will not feel like they are not doing enough for their family. If they are single, they may try to plan like crazy for the future and feel frustrated if those goals are not being met fast enough. They are usually no-nonsense and will take on a certain level of self-blame if things are not going their way. Here are some suggestions to keep in mind: a lot of stress-inducing factors are out of your control, remember you cannot control external factors. While at first this may not seem helpful, adapting a stress reducing thought-process lowers levels of stress over time. Find time to engage in activities and hobbies you enjoy, or pick a new one.
