ESFJ and Perpetual Stress
ESFJ’s can feel stressed very easily because they want things to go well in every situation. They are often take on more responsibility than they can handle and are therefore more susceptible to higher stress levels. As an ESFJ, if you are feeling stressed-out here are some suggestions that you may find helpful:
First of all, take a step or two back… being over-involved in projects and activities will lead to feeling stressed and unable to care for yourself in addition to those around you (i.e. that adorable little boy at home or your best friend whom you promised to call back three weeks ago). Second, in taking some steps back, find time for self-care and self-reflection. Perhaps the people you say ‘yes’ to all the time aren’t appreciating your services and you need to find a different place or stop altogether.
