ISFJ and Perpetual Stress

ISFJ’s become easily stressed out because they want life to be perfect. Since life is not perfect they may often feel upset and may have difficulty feeling calm. Since anything and everything could cause stress for an ISFJ, it is important for them to stay grounded on a daily basis. Here are some suggestions that may be helpful: Have a set routine that works for you to reduce that feeling of stress, being able to bounce back quickly from negative situations helps absorb those feelings of stress and negativity. Take time to rejuvenate and enjoy your favorite movie or ice cream flavor.
