ESFP and Perpetual Stress

ESFP’s have weird reactions to stress. They hate being stressed but may often find themselves in stressful situations from time to time. This could be due to a number of factors like trying to help family or friends when they don’t have the time, or wanting to find a meaningful relationship but are frustrated because they have yet to be in one. If you recognize that you’re stressed as an ESFP here are some suggestions that may be helpful: Take time to value your own strengths and qualities, most of the time you’re probably too busy socializing with others and/or working to value yourself. With that said, please take time for yourself…. Even though you hate to be alone for too long it’s really important to create healthy meaning for your life and focus on your goals. Monitor your reactions to stress and sort out the detrimental habits and form healthy ones.
